Wrong Email at Checkout? How to Retrieve Your License Key

If you entered the wrong email address at checkout and did not receive your license key, please follow these steps:
  1. Try to log into your account from the portal at https://rogold.live/customer-center. You can find your license key there if you can access your email.
  2. If you cannot access your account, please create a support ticket here: https://support.rogold.live/portal/en/newticket. Provide proof of purchase and the correct email address, and we will resend your license key as soon as possible.
