We are sorry that you feel you need a refund! We do not generally give refunds but will judge on a case-by-case basis. These are the general criteria that could be accepted for a refund:
- Accidental duplicate payment
- Fraudulent purchase
- Service malfunction
Please note that requested refunds may be pro-rated. This means that you will only get the money back from the unused part of your subscription. If you wish to request a refund and feel that your case falls under our criteria, you may contact us by creating a ticket, and providing proof of your case.
