Charge on failed transaction
Did you get a charge on your card even though the transaction failed? If so, you shouldn't worry. Our systems will automatically void the payment before we receive it, which means your money never actually left your account, and it should be visible again ASAP. You should contact us if you still see the transaction as Pending or Succeeded one business day after purchasing Ultimate.
